Refund & Returns Policy

Overview & Hygiene Protocol

At Dignity Organic Sanitaries, we prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of our customers above all else. Because our products fall under the category of intimate and sanitary goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or tampered items due to strict hygiene regulations.

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met strictly:

  • The item must be completely unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original, sealed packaging. Any break in the protective seal automatically voids the return eligibility.
  • You must provide a receipt or verifiable proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our organic products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect based on your order, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

To initiate a claim for a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately at admin@dignityorganicsanitaries.com with:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or defective product.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our hygiene and condition standards.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this can take several business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received an approved refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted to your statement.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@dignityorganicsanitaries.com.

Sale Items & Gifts

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance or sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the eligible returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser.

Shipping Your Return

To return an eligible product, you should mail it to our physical address (provided via email upon return approval).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning items over R500, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
