The V-Steam Ritual

How to Use

  1. Bring 6 to 8 cups of filtered or purified water to a boil in a stainless steel, ceramic, or enamel pot.
  2. Add the full contents of the pouch to the hot water.
  3. Cover and allow the herbs to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Carefully place the infused water into a safe steaming setup.
  5. Test the temperature before use. The steam should feel warm and comfortable, never hot or burning.
  6. Sit or squat over the steam and wrap a large towel or blanket around the waist and legs to help contain the steam.
  7. Steam for 10 to 30 minutes.
  8. After steaming, pat dry gently, rest in a warm room for at least 20 minutes, and hydrate well.
